Get help if you have lost your password or if your account is disabled

Your myUFV password is the same for computer login and network files access.

  1. Go to the login assistant and follow the prompts.
  2. A reset email will be sent to your personal email address if you have one on file with UFV.

If you do not have a personal email address registered or do not remember which address is on file, contact the Office of the Registrar.

If you have any issues resetting your password, please visit or email the IT Service Desk.
