Overview
If your password is expiring but still active, you can reset it using the NetID Online Passport page. Enter your NetID and current password and you will be able to change your password.
If your password has already expired, you can still reset it by answering security questions. Go to the NetID Online Passport page, enter your NetID, and click Forgot Password. You will need to answer at least two security questions correctly to reset your password.
If you do not know the answers to two of your security questions, or if your answers are not being accepted, you can request assistance from IT Services using this form.
