Overview
If you are having issues logging in to Google, first try resetting your password at accounts.google.com . You can use this service to request assistance for the following issues:
- Locked out of Google account after too many logins
- Multi-factor authentication phone number changed or unavailable
- Google account marked as inactive due to inactivity
- Google account recently deleted (last 7 days) and needs to be recovered
Please note that IT Services will only assist you with getting back in to your University-provided Google account; for help with a personal Google account, please contact Google support.

This service is available to:
- Students
- Faculty with a University-provided Google account
- Staff with a University-provided Google account

This service is provided free of cost.
